  Elders encouraging young ones to live in a fairy tale

  so one of the elders at the meeting tonight addressed to parents in his talk, “if your child wants to flip burgers for the rest of their life, because that’s is the only job that will allow them to have a schedule for full time service, you would want to support them the best you can.” he has also said told parents that if their children already have plans to go to college, even in the near future, they should try to do everything to stop them.

  there’s so much ranting i could do about that alone, but to make matters worse, this is a considerably well off man.

  he has his own buisness, a nice house with an additional room he added on last year, and him and his wife just took a lavish european trip.

  a regular guy went into a vape store in georgia recently, to buy his wife some liquid for her e-cigarettes.

  his big mistake was to wear a trump t-shirt.

  the shop assistant went completely mental because of the t-shirt.. the customer remained calm throughout and eventually got the product he wanted (i think).. but what a scene!

  lloyd and alexandra learn that they have been reassigned to the field, they at first felt sad.

  after all, they had been serving at bethel for over 25 years.

  it is a place that simon wanted people to be able to come to, to receive help, support, or find a compassionate listener.. this forum has exposed the watchtower more times than any forum on the net.

  sorry for my poor english, i hope to make not too many mistakes.

  im a jw and in the last three years i have studied a lot the topic of the earth being flat.

  i have a good scientific background so im not stupid or crazy.

  i'm with earth mess with this.

  the earth is flat..i never go to near the edge: the loch ness monster lives down there. if i get too close he / she could bite my ass.

  for you scientific types--the earth is in fact an oblate spheroid...innit?

  ok Nat--heres a fact. my (jw) dad passed away in january 2016. i organised the funeral:

  doctors attendance fee to confirm death and issue death certificate--he died in a care home

  funeral directors charge for one hearse with 4 pall bearers. 1 basic coffin

  crematorium fee.

  funeral director said a few words. there was no service at all --.just the committal.

  there were 5 of us present.

  total cost--£3,000 plus some small change. thats pounds sterling--not dollars.

  thats the way it is in the UK. most funerals will cost double that.

  I can vouch this is totally genuine. I found out about it last night..from member Cantleave. I know Amelia Ashton, sleeping beauty ( Sharon) and Jon ( he goat ) personally. I was shattered when i heard the bad news.
